Andorra is a principality that is divided into parishes or municipalities, of which are similar to what we know as districts in large cities. They are administrative divisions and territories cared for by the Commons.

Andorra is divided into 7 parishes and its capital is Andorra la Vella. The territory has a size of 470 km squared and the official language is Catalan.

The 7 parishes have everything: Andorra la Vella is the capital; Escaldes-Engordany has ,hot springs; Ordino has museums and nature spots; and Massana with its touristic infrastructures.

In general, one can say that the 7 Andorrean parishes go hand in hand, and that all of them have a parallel history pertaining to agriculture and livestock, and tourism services.
